For more than half a century, the Olmeca distillery has been producing tasty tequilas. Located in the Jalisco region of Mexico, it makes these from local agaves using traditional processes.

Hand-picked, the agaves are roasted in the oven and then distilled in copper-iron stills.

The brand has acquired such a reputation that it has aroused the interest of the Pernod Ricard group: it was bought in 2001 by this mastodon of the spirits sector.

The brand sells five types of tequila, each with remarkable and complementary properties. This is the Silver cuvée, a tequila with a crystal-clear robe, from which remarkable vegetal notes are exhaled, which merge into citrus and pepper.

This cuvée is perfect for making cocktails made from tequila… and there’s no shortage of choice!
